Grace is our Irish ‘Galway Girl’ here to wish you a very happy St Patrick’s Day. A “Galway Girl” is a girl from western Ireland, where many Spaniards landed long ago. She has dark hair and blue eyes. Her beauty is made famous in the song by Steve Earle called “Galway Girl”
When I woke up I was all alone
With a broken heart and a ticket home
And I ask you friend, what would you do?
If her hair was black and her eyes were blueSee I’ve traveled around, I’ve been all over the world
But I’ve never seen nothin like a Galway girl – Hey!
Our Galway Girl, Grace, found gold at the end of the rainbow!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I think I may dig out “The Commitments” to watch today, one of my favorite movies! Hubby is stuck with meetings all day, so no celebrating for us.

OK, I haven’t seen that movie either!! I looked it up and its neat that the Corrs are all in it. I’m getting an “A” in Irish Literature and a “D” in Irish film, apparently! Looks like a must-see.

Thanks! The dress is a rummage sale find. It’s definitely not machine-made. We prefer to think of it as a ‘couture-gown’ 🙂

I really want the Lovely Leopard print pajamas for Grace because her other one from our generation is ripped above the neckline! Is it possible if I could get two sets for Grace and Sadie?
